Washing Systems

service-detail

Shinjiru designs and manufactures each washing machine according to the productive needs of each client, adapting mechanisms, loading systems, handling and treatments with time.

For this, Shinjiru performs an analysis of the parts to be treated (dimensions, geometries, etc.), and of other factors (such as work shifts and required production) and proposes the most suitable type of washing equipment.

The washing systems are designed in several modalities, mainly they are classified by sprinkling and immersion systems, with a diversity of chemical products and variants, using ultrasound and high pressure equipment. All this is related to the degree of washing requested and in many cases requires filtration in these systems since some of them are designed in recirculation with liquids and we must not re-deposit said particles on the treated surfaces. For this reason, not only high filtration systems are used, but also metal particles trapping by centrifugation or particle magnetization systems.

Once the parts have been cleaned, they are coated using chemical processes, pickling, phosphating in its variants, nanoceramic coatings, passivation, etc.

Types of equipment and washing machines:

  • Static. The pieces are introduced into a washing room or cabin. In most cases, the pieces are arranged in baskets or racks and cleaning is carried out in one or more phases. Loading and unloading is normally carried out from the front end fitted with a manually operated, pneumatic or mechanical door.
  • With frame movement. The pieces to be treated are introduced into the support, basket or frame. A rotational movement is produced while pressure sprinklers exert a mechanical effect along with the temperature and the chemicals eliminating the dirt.
  • With movement of the showers. When the geometry of the piece requires it, a cleaning rotation can be carried out on it, or depending on the length, a movement of the spray nozzles can be carried out, as in a car wash.
  • Dynamic. The pieces are arranged on racks or supports of different types (aerial dragging, on parallel table-type chains) and are automatically moved from the loading area through one or more stages or washing areas to drying, finally performing the download. Two subtypes stand out within the dynamic washing process:
  • Continuous tunnel type machines , which allow infinite treatments. They are used especially for serial works that require high productions.
  • Step-by-step machines, or batch treatment, combining spraying and immersion with integrated ultrasound equipment.
  • Single cycle time. The process times can be equalized without deterioration to maintain the properties of the baths or the parts, these times being identical with adjustments of the concentrations of chemicals to generate a solid equipment with simplified functionality.
  • Variable cycle time It allows establishing a schedule of different times and variability according to different processes in the same line, for example, treating different materials, iron or aluminum, skipping those that do not apply in each case.

Shinjiru integrates into these processes the improvement of the quality of the water supply by means of reverse osmosis (RO) equipment and low conductivity demineralized water (AD) equipment of type IV (measured in micro-siemens). Work is also carried out on discharge processes with aqueous process systems, through treatment plants for effluent or sewage discharges, and with partial recovery.
